Changing my default email and calendar with a Pro Zoom account

I wish to change my default email and calendar with a Pro Zoom account and Zoom help says I cannot have live chat!

Sign in to the Zoom web portal. In the navigation menu, click Profile. Under Sign In, click Edit next to Sign-In Email. Enter the new email address.
