Changing email in Zoom Events Hub

Hi Folks,

 

I am trying to change the email address in our Zoom Events Hub, but keep getting an error message that access has been denied.

 

I submit to get the verification code, the code comes, and then in red lettering, it is say access denied.

 

Any suggestions?
