Change currency

I am trying to change the existing currency to a different currency but in the portal, the currency has been locked. How do I get it unlocked? Appreciate help.

Welcome to Zoom Community!

 

According to the support article below, "if you don’t see a drop-down next to the current currency, your account isn’t eligible for a currency change." 

 

The Zoom Billing Support team is able to view your account to determine the reason it isn't eligible for a currency change. I recommend you follow the link below to create a Billing ticket for assistance.
