Cant upgrade to pro, getting an error

Cant change plan to pro, when i press place order, getting small windows saying" subscribing plan" and then its giving me an errror above. Support   being silent  for 3 days for 2 tickets... changed cards 2-3 times, same error. Any suggestions in what may cause the issue?
