I have tried to get technical support for my client who uses SSO. I have updated the certificate in Microsoft Entra due the the certificate expiration. No one in the organization can log in not even the administrator aka me. Every time I try to get technical support, the automated system asks for a Personal Meeting ID and 6 Digit Host Key. The issue is I cannot log into the account via SSO nor without SSO to get the Personal Meeting ID and Host Key.
Additionally, I tried to change the password, but it goes back to SSO which is the issue.
I am very frustrated that I have not been able to get assistance to fix the SSO issue.
