Cancelling monthly subscription but was told to wait after annual

Please help me! I never subscribe annually, now i want to cancel my add on which is also subscribe monthly, but it is said like this: "unable to cancel, downgrade or decrease your monthly add-on subscription until the end of your annual subscription's billing cycle".

Please, HELP! i never subscribe annually, so how can i wait until the end of my annual billing cycle??
