Cancelled trial--still getting billed

Hi,

I hope someone can help.  I cancelled a basic subscription during the trial period and have now received two billings.  Calling on the phone has netted long hold times that I've had to abandon 2X.  Does anyone have any suggestions?  I cannot find an email address for customer service.  If anyone has an address please help.
