Cancelled ProAccount last year but got charged again for another year.

I cancelled a ProAccount last year around May but just recently was charged for another year. After I cancelled the ProAccount I received several emails about reinstating it..which I ignored because I no longer have a need for a ProAccount. Why was a charged for another year? How can I get a refund?
