Canceling past due date invoice

Hi

I have past due date invoice by June 28. Do I have to pay them? How can I cancel them and change to monthly subscription.

I'm no paying a year forward, I just need 3 more months, these zoom are toooooooo expensive just to avoid 30 minutes limit.
