Canceled plan years ago and still being billed
Hello, I canceled my Zoom plan years ago and just found out that I am being billed.
The plan was under another employer account with an email address I no longer have access to / can't log into to request the refund. In other words, I'm locked out from re-canceling a plan that I canceled years ago and can't cancel again, so I need direct customer service help.
What email address or telephone number or direct chat feature can I access for support to reconcile this issue?
