I want to cancel my subscription, but I can't find the cancel subs button in the billing page. 

How can I cancel my subscription?

If you have a Paid subscription and do not see a Cancel option at https://zoom.us/billing then maybe your is under some kind of commitment. But I wouldn't like to say for sure - there may be other reasons.

 

Are you the account Admin?

Or raise an online request here:

https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/requests/new

 

You could also try an online Chat.

i tried to click cancel subscription but nothing happen, if i click other things on teh sam epage it work but not the cancel button, i wonder why

Hi, I wish to cancel my subscription.  I don't know how it became a paid subscription but somehow was billed to me. I have checked my zoom profile and it states that I am currently a free typed subscription. It is quite difficult to look for the cancellation button/field.  Please cancel for me anyway. 

I will inform my bank immediately to stop charging me the monthly subscription fees.

 

Please be advised accordingly.

Click the "Cancel Plan" link below the subscription.

I have followed the cancel subscription KB article a few weeks ago but I still keep receiving notifications about not paying.

How do I delete my account?
