How do I cancel my account? Zoom keeps trying to bill me.

Hi @sparksu welcome to the community! If you haven't already, suggest looking into the Knowledge Base article on Canceling your subscription

 

If the KB article doesnt help, I would suggest reaching out to our Zoom billing support as they do not monitor the community. You can create a ticket here
