Can the admin have Basic and assign licenced users to others?

Hello there

I am the company admin and I purchased two licences for my colleagues.

I am not using Zoom except for organising the purchase for the team and sort out the billing.

I set up myself as Basic and added two purchased users however, 1 users is constantly with Pending status even after accepting the invite.

Can you help?

What is the turnaround from Basic to Licenced user after accepting invite?
