Can't upgrade to paid account (iOS)

Hi 

 

I can't upgrade in the iPhone or iPad app store to a paid plan. It's confusing. 

A message appears whenever I try to do so, telling me that I need to open the app... but there is absolutely no option to buy an in-app subscription. 

 

How did you guys manage to do it?

@liothomas For Zoom App in your iphone, there is no way to buy the subscription via App store as per my knowledge.

 

You need to login to your Zoom Account with your credentials in a browser(Owner Email and Password you used to register with Zoom). There, navigate to Admin > Account Management > Billing. You should see an option to upgrade there.
