Can't sign in by the email and password which I can see at Profile

I use a Windows Machine. I have the email for sign in and the password for sign in at Profile Page. The password is valid because I have reset it and Zoom sent a notification to me that the password is reset to the email address I can see at Profile Page. I tried to sign into Zoom with the email address and the password but in vain. So I took a step to reset the password. I typed the email address I can see at Profile Page. Zoom sent to me the notification email saying that I asked the renewal in my sign-in password by the email address but they said the email address was not resisted. Profile page have the email address for sign-in. I can't sign into Zoom. How I should do ?
