Calendar not loading

I updated my PC today and discovered that the Zoom app is called Zoom Workplace. My old PC has Zoom version 5.17.11 which worked brilliantly. In the new version, when I try to check my calendar of appointments in Zoom, I get an error message "Unable to Load" and a pop up "Refresh" which does nothing when I click on it. Can someone please help me to troubleshoot this? Or, can someone please tell me if it is possible to load the older 5.17.11? Thank you
