Billing Scam

I went to cancel my account and got a price drop, which I accepted. However, while there's a "coupon" in my account, I still have not received my money back. This feels very scammy and I want to cancel my account. However, since now it's beyond the time allowed to cancel, I've still paid full price. 

 

This is a fraudulent activity. Please someone, cancel my account now if you're not going to honor the discount.
