Billing Problem

My last monthly subscription payment cannot be processed due to credit card problem, so I changed the credit card and changed the  subscription to annual plan. I paid the new annual plan and it's completed. However, in my invoice history, there is button for me to pay  the old monthly invoice, the one that have problem about credit card (as attached in the image) So, I wonder ... should I pay for that old monthly invoice? or should I ignore it since the new annual subscription is active?

I would first check SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD of each invoice.

 

If that doesn't provide an obvious answer, I suggest contacting Billing Support.

how do I get to billing support

I want to pay the November Invoice which is overdue and the December Invoice Which I don't have yet but will  be the same.
