Billing 1st month

Hello.
I do have an issue with my billing in the 1st month:
 
I would like to know how the billing for this 1st month is, as the service was not active until the 18th and my number was ordered on the 16th or the 17th (January) and I was charged on the 5th January but the activation date was on the 3rd January.
 
Between the 3rd January and the 18th January there are 15 days with no service.
 
It makes sense at least to me to not pay for something that did not exist, and that was not available as there was neither an assigned number nor this one had been requested.
 
Could someone guide me through the correct email address to solve this?
