Hello. I have a question about the amount of the bill (Professional pack): instead of $14.99 per month, it's been two last months at $17.99. Please tell me what could be the reason. Thank you

Hi @Nina11 and welcome to the Zoom Community! The additional $3 charge could be from a few different things. It may be a tax/vat amount depending on your location, or it could be from an add-on or cloud recording storage fee.
