Basic Account Invited to Licensed Account Still Limited to Basic

I have the Basic plan.  A user with a licensed account invited me to be Admin. But I only have Basic privileges in that account.  Meetings I schedule have the 40-minute limit.  Is this by design?  Do I also need to be a licensed plan?

Hi @tellmeverbatim yes, they can give you ad permissions; however, the Owner or Admin with role permissions, therefore, can Assign your Zoom licenses. If done correctly, you will see your license assigned to your Zoom profile within the web portal at https://zoom.us/profile under Account > Licenses

Hi @tellmeverbatim was my reply helpful? If so GREAT! 🙌

If you're still having issues AFTER assigning your license, go to the Zoom desktop client, sign out and sign back in and see if you are licensed.

To check, you can check within your Zoom client settings --> Profile
