Anyone else trying to "reactivate" Zoom Pro with a promotion they are offering, but not succeeding?

Frustrating -- trying to reactivate my Pro account using a link - it brings a coupon code for 40% off Zoom Pro.  At checkout, it says coupon code isn't compatible with billing cycle but I cannot fix it.  Cannot access support because I have the free plan now, but trying to upgrade!!   Coupon Code.
