Hi All,
We use a team Zoom account for our company, for almost every meeting I schedule, I assign someone as the alternative host. However in the past month, no one from our company is able to start a meeting on behalf of the original host.
Here is what we have done:
Is there something we are missing/forgetting? Twice this week I was late to 2 calls because other calls ran over and it did not allow my alternative host to start the meeting.
TIA Community!

@snowsabrena - when you say you are enabling alternative hosts for each meeting, are you enabling them, or assigning them? Was this working at one point and stopped working? If so, do you remember the exact date that it stopped working?
