I have a pro-plan ( $15.99/mo) and have been using Zoom for 4 years. I have had scheduled recurrent meetings until August 31. Today they all disappeared. My account does not show at all even though i could log in. About one year ago I changed the email and when i try to log in to that account they say I need to change the password because it may have been compromised so they are sending a code to change it. However it only has a 10 minute life and it does not come to my old email fast enough to change login info.
I don't know who to talk to and cannot get tech or billing support. Thank you Shanta
