I purchased the Zoom Pro plan, but my account is still showing as Basic. I need confirmation of the purchase and help assigning the license to my account.

Hi @sam35 ,

I have reviewed your account and could not see any recent payments. Your last purchase was back in 2024 and the related subscription has been cancelled in the meantime. Therefore, if you need a Pro license, you will need to purchase a new subscription.

If there's another payment (for a different account) that I might have overlooked, you can also check out this article on troubleshooting paid accounts still showing as basic. If you need further assistance, please let me know.

Cheers,

Zoom Billing Team
