On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

I may have screwed up my Zoom account. I have a paid account but on some meetings it limits them to 45 minutes. Is there a way to see all my account settings so I can figure out what is going on? Thanks

Hi, @Medic433.

First, I'll mention that if you are attending a meeting scheduled by someone else who has a Basic account, the meeting will still stop after 40 minutes, based on their Basic account limitations. Assuming that isn't the case...

Look at your profile on the Zoom Web Portal. Scroll down to the Account section (light grey bar):

Does your license indicate Basic or Licensed?

If it says Licensed, look at this Zoom Support article for a fix to a problem which is pretty rare, but could be the issue:

https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/4412794302349-Fixing-an-incorrectly-displayed-user-license

If it says Basic, you need to assign the license you are paying for to your user account. See:
