Account connected to former coworker

Hi,

We have two Zoom-accounts at my company. They are both being billed to me. One of them were managed by a coworker that not longer work here.

Before he left he gave me the sign in to the Zoom account, with his email and password. Now I need to sign in to get the billing info but Zoom asks me about the verification code - that is being sent to his email (that no longer exist). How do I get around this? Need help ASAP.

Regards,

Angelica

Hi @aecka I think the previous account holder will need to open a ticket at https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000983032 and select the Account Management Request Type to ask to have their email changed to yours.

After submitting the ticket, the previous account's owner needs to keep an eye out for a follow-up email sent to the specified email address.
