Account cancelled, Zoom keeps billing me

I cancelled my account and Zoom keeps billing me. I tried calling the number on the website, it's invalid. 

 

HOW CAN I STOP THIS BILLING?

Experiencing exactly the same. I've already cancelled my Pro account, but Zoom keeps billing me. Like, it's relentless. I've replied to the billers several times, but they remain relentless. How do I make it stop?

How did you cancel? I can't even get that far. This company is no easy to communicate with.

I guess we could dispute the charge with our credit card. I am curious to how you cancelled to start with. I can't even figure that out.
