hi,
I am writing to inquire about access to my previously recorded sessions. I was a paid subscriber to the service and completed a payment . However, after completing the payment, I was unable to access my recorded sessions.
I would like to know if it is possible to regain access to these recordings without purchasing a new monthly subscription. I am also wondering if all the recordings are still saved on your servers, and I simply do not have access to them at this time.

Hi there, @yairshtul 👋 Cloud recordings are set to delete after 30 days when you downgrade your subscription to a free account. Do you happen to know if you resubscribed within the 30-day window?
