hi,

 

I choose 1 month payment and want to cancel 12 month payment.

I remember that I canceld 12 month payment already. There is a charge for this 12 month service.

@lavender , sorry, but nobody on the Community forum can help you with billing issues.  We're volunteers in the Zoom Community, with no access to your account.

 

You should check out this Zoom support page, which has steps for getting Billing Support from Zoom.
