저는  계정을 사용 중이며, 최근 Zoom 구독 프로 요금제에 대해 환불을 요청드립니다.

해당 결제는 2025년 12월 12일 새벽 이루어졌으며, 의도치 않게 자동 갱신되었습니다.
현재 계정에서  해지한 상태이며, 아직 사용하지 않은 점을 고려하여 환불을 요청드립니다.
