안녕하세요, 고객센터 담당자.

최근 결제된 Zoom 구독 Pro 요금제에 대해 환불을 요청 드립니다.

무료 이용 7일 중 첫날에 사용을 해보고 연결 끊김과 번역 문제로 인해 구독을 취소 했는데 2025년 10월 11일 오늘 결제가 되었습니다.

사용 시간이 많지 않다는 점을 고려하여 환불을 요청 드립니다.

I understand you’d like a refund for your subscription. As stated in Zoom’s Terms of Service, all subscription fees are billed upfront and are non-refundable. When you cancel a subscription, the cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing cycle and you can still use your paid plan(s) until the end of your service period.
