안녕하세요, Zoom 고객센터 담당자님.

저는 *********** 계정을 사용 중이며, 최근 결제된 Zoom 구독 Pro 요금제에 대해 환불을 요청드립니다.

해당 결제는 2025년 8월 31일에 이루어졌으며, 의도치 않게 자동 갱신되어 결제되었습니다.
계정에서 자동 결제를 해지한 상태이며, 아직 사용하지 않은 점을 고려하여 환불을 요청드립니다.

필요한 추가 정보가 있다면 언제든지 알려주시기 바랍니다.
