안녕하세요, Zoom 고객센터 담당자님.

저는 *********** 계정을 사용 중이며, 최근 결제된 Zoom 구독 Pro 요금제에 대해 환불을 요청드립니다.

해당 결제는 2025년 5월 10일에 이루어졌으며, 의도치 않게 자동 갱신되어 결제되었습니다.
계정에서 자동 결제를 해지한 상태이며, 아직 사용하지 않은 점을 고려하여 환불을 요청드립니다.

필요한 추가 정보가 있다면 언제든지 알려주시기 바랍니다.

I understand you’d like a refund for the recent automatic renewal of your subscription. As outlined in Zoom’s Terms of Service, our subscription fees are non-refundable once processed. Before purchasing, the following information is displayed in the online cart:

 

Recurring plans will auto-renew using the payment method on file that you use today and can access and update from zoom.us/billing. You will be charged each period of renewal until you cancel. You can cancel by navigating to zoom.us/billing and clicking 'Cancel Subscription'. You may request cancellation up until the day before auto-renewal for it to go into effect.

 

See Canceling your subscription for cancellation instructions. Your account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

 

If you need further assistance, please reach out to Billing by chat or ticket.

안녕하세요, *********** 계정을 사용 중에, 최근 (25년9월19일) 자동결제 된 Zoom 구독 Pro 요금제에 대해 환불을 요청 드립니다.

해당 결제는 해당 라이선스 사용 의사 결정과 상관없이 자동 갱신 되어 신용카드 결제되었습니다.
계정에서 라이선스 이용을 해지한 상황이며, 여전히 해당 라이선스를 사용하지 않은 사실을 들어 환불을 요청 드립니다.

기업의 입장에서 해당 1년 자동구독 및 결제는 매우 실망스러운 처리 방식이라 생각합니다.

서둘러 조치를 부탁 드립니다.
