줌 1년 구독이 자동결제가 되어버렸습니다. 결제일 전에 연락이나 팝업이 뜰 줄 알았는데

 

연락을 못받아서 확인을 할수 없었고 카드결제 알림이 와서 알게 되었습니다. 

 

더이상 사용하지 않아 결제 취소 및 환불하려고 합니다. 

 

청구서 번호는 INV333528042 이고, 청구서 날짜는 2025년 12월 12일 입니다.
