현재 월 구독을 하고 있고 연간구독으로 구독 기간을 변경하고 싶은데

[요금제 및 가격] - [요금제 관리] - [관리] - [요금제 편집]

으로 들어가서 구독 기간을 변경하려고 하면, 연간 구독칸은 비활성화되서 선택이 안됩니다. 

구독취소를 하고 다시 구독하려고 해도 같은 형태로 연간구독은 비활성화가 되서

어떻게 해야하나요?
