我在5/14時帳戶自動續約後，

想取消2025的自動續約結果在操作時失誤變成取消訂閱，

雖然事後有重新再開啟回去，

但卻造成信用卡重覆扣款，

當時檢視發票記錄時 INV256837080有顯示退款，

但等了超過一週仍未看見到刷退紀錄，

朋友有代為去信給貴公司詢問，

得到回應是與BIL1240892連繫，，

但連結點入我們卻不知要從何著手，

所以改為由我與貴公司詢問看看，

不知此次信用卡刷退的處理進度如何
