申請退款，刪除信用卡資料 delete credit card information

Thanks for reaching out in Zoom Community! I understand you're trying to cancel your recently renewed subscription. If you are experiencing issues doing so, I recommend contacting Zoom Billing directly for assistance. Once your subscription is fully cancelled, you can delete your account, which will remove your credit card as well.

1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
2. In the navigation menu, click Account Management then Account Profile. 
3. Click Terminate My Account.
   
4. Click Yes to confirm that you would like to terminate your Zoom account. This will permanently delete your Zoom account.
   You will be redirected to the Zoom homepage and briefly shown a message that your account termination was successful.
