Zoom Formal Complaints Procedure

Has anyone ever been able to have a complaint about Zoom customer service properly managed by Zoom?

I keep getting put through to a third party outsourced company in the Philippines, and it's just a car crash of customer service even from a manager who is supposed to be looking at my complaint.

 

Does anyone know how to break free from this, preferably a proper Complaints Manager in the UK?

    Hello, how do we raise a complaint about Zoom sales? We have been customers for circa 10 years and the service recently has been appalling! Thank you in advance.

    I agree.  The customer service has gone downhill since they outsourced to the Phillipines.  

     

    How do I make a complaint?  I have called twice to get an answer and they send to the home page without any details of where to make the complaint.  They refuse to give details.

    I cannot find anywhere to make a complaint. I have just been billed without receiving a notice of renewal. Terrible service.
