Payments taken after you do not renew your subscription

Anyone else have money taken out their account after their subscription ends and then get told it was for the period after your subscription ended that you still had access. Well, I never asked for access after what I paid for or I gave any permission for you to take any amount after, which strangely was less than the subscription amount, almost as if they were bypassing the stop you put on your bank account for the specific amount. This amounts to theft, but they close tickets quoting rules for subscriptions that do not really relate to this theft. The amount is negligible but if this is done to huge amounts of people, then this amounts to millions stolen. Surely this needs to stop.
