User is scheduling a meeting with Scheduler but it doesn't show in Outlook nor in zoom meetings

Yesterday people could book with a scheduler link, which would show in my Outlook calendar.

Today they booked, I got the email confirmation but it doesn't show in my calendar. Did something change?

When I look, in Scheduler/events I see it.

I have tried reauthorizing my account but nothing changes.
