Scheduler booking page mulitple host meeting extraction

Zoom Scheduler does not currently offer a single built-in "Export All Bookings" button on a multi-host booking page that dumps every host's booked meetings into one file. However, there are practical workarounds depending on your admin access level:
 

Option 1: Use the Zoom Scheduler Dashboard (Admin)

If you have admin access to the Zoom account:

1. Go to admin.zoom.us → Scheduler (left nav).
2. Navigate to Bookings or Appointments — this shows all bookings made across the account, including those from multi-host pages.
3. Filter by the specific booking page name (your multi-host page).
4. Look for a Download / Export option (CSV). If available, this will include columns for:
   • Booking date/time
   • Host name
   • Attendee name & email
   • Meeting link / ID
      

     Option 2: Pull Data via Zoom's Meeting Reports

   • Go to admin.zoom.us → Reports → Usage Reports → Meeting Report.
   • Set the date range covering the period your multi-host booking page has been active.
   • Filter by the hosts who are part of the multi-host page (you'll need to run one report per host or use "All Users" if available at your license level).
   • Export to CSV.
   • Open in Excel/Sheets and filter by the meeting topic or meeting ID pattern that matches your booking page's generated meetings.

   • This gives you a consolidated view, though it requires some manual filtering to isolate only the meetings that came through the booking page.
