Email footer in Scheduler meeting confirmation and reminder emails

I don’t know if anyone can help with this, but within Scheduler it’s possible to hide an email address so that when someone has made a booking through the booking page, the email generated shows the name of the person sending but return email address is “scheduler-noreply@zoom.us”

However, there is a footer at the bottom of the Scheduler-generated email which says “You are receiving this email because you have an event scheduled with...” and this footer includes the full email address of the person whose booking page has been used.

In my organisation for branding purposes we need to not show the email domain at all. Does anyone know if there’s a way to remove the footer?

@Joe Dixon Sorry for the trouble, but now scheduler doesn’t support this yet. Really appreciate your feedback, I already report to the scheduler PM and scheduler will add it.

@Is-scheduler Can you please confirm when this footer was rolled out, and if it has been added to a roadmap for adding customization to this footer? Like Joe, for my organization we do not want to display the hosts email address when our customer schedules a call we want to keep our customers within the CRM and not in indvidual inboxes. This is why we purposely use the no-reply email option.

@aiannone This change was rolled out on June 16, 2026, US time. @Joe Dixon  Scheduler will remove the email in email footer ASAP, probably this weekend. Sorry for the trouble brought to you.
