Bought scheduler. Get "Looks like you don't have scheduler"

I bought a license for Zoom Scheduler a few hours ago. When I click on it,  it says "looks like you don't have Zoom Scheduler"  - then when I click to buy it, it says I can't and that I owe 0$. In billing, it shows that I have a license for Zoom Scheduler.

 

I've logged out and back in several times. I've restarted my computer and logged on and off my internet profiles. I've cleaned out the cookies.

 

When can I expect to be able to use the service I paid for?
