Availability is not correct with calendar, How do I fix this

I have set up a Repeating schedule.  When I go to the link that was created it is not showing all the availabilities that I have on my outlook calendar.  I have double-checked my availability when setting it up and it is correct.  How can I get it to sink correctly?
