12 hour time format

I would like to have the user that is scheduling time on the public scheduler page have the time format as 12 hour vs the 24 hour format. Right now it is

1200

1300

1400

I would rather it say

1200

200

Is there a way to do this? I feel like I am missing it somewhere.

@oncuetech, what format are your times in for your calendar? I am seeing 12 hour format on mine, and the samples all show 12 hour format, so I am just trying to determine if it is pulling the setting from your local machine.
