I am needing help setting up zoom workspaces for my organization.

I am setting up zoom workspaces for my organization. I have no idea what I'm doing or how to do it but I managed to set it up and I've added only one user. When the user opens the workspace reservation app, the desks are all greyed out and unavailable. How do I make them available? Or is there training material for this system?

    Each desk will need to be set up with a separate calendar resource in order for them to become reservable. Once IT has those resources setup, you can import them by each floor.
