Using Zoom Revenue Accelerator with an unsupported CRM (e.g., Mazrica)

We would like to use Zoom Revenue Accelerator (ZRA). However, we have not integrated with any of the CRMs that Zoom officially supports.

Is it possible to use a different CRM that is not on the supported list, such as Mazrica, and still utilize ZRA features?

If direct integration is not available, are there any recommended workarounds (for example, using APIs or middleware) that would allow us to sync data between ZRA and an unsupported CRM?

    hi @Dr.JOY ハオ Hao ,

I am also a developer with Zoom.

Zoom has a very large API set, I include access to the API at revenue accelerator.
To use that, you would have to create your own middleware software.
You may also want to keep a look for Zapier, which does provide interim connections, but I dont think they support revenue accelerator directly yet.

I hope that helps. Please like my reply if it does

    Hi John,

Thank you for your helpful explanation and for sharing the API references and the developer forum.

At the moment, my goal is to synchronize Deals from Mazrica to Zoom so that we can use them with Zoom Revenue Accelerator (ZRA).

However, after reviewing the APIs currently provided by Zoom, I could not find any endpoint that clearly allows us to POST or PUT Deals into Zoom.

Is there any way to synchronize Deals from Mazrica into Zoom without going through one of the CRMs officially supported by Zoom, such as Salesforce or HubSpot?

I also noticed that Zoom provides the following endpoint:

    https://api.zoom.us/v2/zra/crm/deals

Can this API be used to POST Deals directly from Mazrica into Zoom?
If yes, are there any specific requirements, prerequisites, or limitations that we should be aware of when integrating in this way?

Any guidance or recommended architecture would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you very much for your support.

    Best regards.

    hi @Dr.JOY ハオ Hao ,

Taking into account that revenue accelerator is part of zoom I have never yet used, here is my reply.

You would need to create an app which uses OAUTH authentication and gets a secret code which ensures only you connect.
I see there are bulk calls you can use to upload deals.

    https://developers.zoom.us/docs/api/iq/#tag/crm

So you post your deals, but you would need the authentication.

Limitations I forsee, only API limits unlikely to apply, I dont see you wanting to upload deals every minute. So if you were going to do it say, daily, there would be no problem.

Now you just need a programmer, or yourself to build an app, probably javascript based.
    from
    Granular Scopes: zra:write:crm_deal:admin
This will be a admin app, as it works across accounts,
SO you can make a server-server app which is easier on the seucirty side, or a general app with admin focus.

    All the best

    John
