Unexpected Refund for Zoom Phone – I Did Not Request It
Hello everyone,
I received a notification that a refund of $25.29 USD was processed on 03/04/2026 for a payment originally made on 02/27/2026.
The issue is that I did not request any refund and I did not cancel my Zoom Phone subscription.
Has anyone experienced something similar?
Could this be an automatic refund or a billing/security issue?
I would appreciate any guidance from other Zoom Phone users.
