Since your brand has beenapproved, you can create an SMS campaign.
Notes:
You can create one campaign for Zoom Phone for your brand. If you are also a Zoom Contact Center customer, then you will be allowed to create two campaigns, meaning one for Zoom Phone and one for Zoom Contact Center.
You have the option to clickSave Progress & Exitto save your progress and resume the process from where you left off.
Sign in to theZoom web portalas an admin with the privilege to edit account settings.
In the navigation menu, clickAdvanced, then clickSMS Campaigns. You will directed to theChecklist Requirementpage, where you will be presented with a link to review the 10 DLC Brand and Campaign creation checklist.
Click the10DLC Campaign creation checklistlink. Note: You are required to open and view the link before continuing. The creation checklist will open.
After opening and reviewing the link, select theI confirm that I have read and understood the 10DLC Campaign creation checklistcheckbox. Once this is done, the campaign details section will display. On this page, you will complete the requirements and details.
